Cookies policy

1. Introduction

At Reloways, we use cookies and similar technologies to enhance your user experience, understand how our platform is used, and tailor content and services to your needs. This policy explains what cookies are, how we use them, and what choices you have regarding their use.

We use essential and functional cookies, and – with your consent – analytics cookies through Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and session recordings, to improve the site). We also use Cloudflare Web Analytics, which is cookieless. We do not use advertising cookies. You can accept or decline analytics cookies via our cookie banner, and change your choice at any time using the "Cookie settings" link in the footer of every page — no account needed. Content inside private community rooms is masked and is never captured in recordings.

2. What Are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device (computer, tablet, smartphone) when you visit a website. They allow the website to recognize your device on future visits and retain certain information about your preferences and activities.

3. Types of Cookies We Use

For transparency, the following categories describe cookies we may use. Categories marked as not currently in use will only be enabled after we obtain consent.

  • Essential/Necessary Cookies: Required for the proper operation of the site. Without these cookies, certain site functions may not work correctly.
  • Performance/Analytics Cookies: Collect information about how users interact with the site, via Microsoft Clarity (heatmaps and session recordings), to improve the experience. Enabled only after you consent.
  • Functional Cookies: Allow the website to remember your preferences (such as username, language) and offer customized features.
  • Targeting/Advertising Cookies: Used to deliver personalized advertisements based on your interests. These cookies may collect information about your browsing habits to display relevant ads (not currently in use).
4. Third-Party Cookies
  • We use Microsoft Clarity, a third-party analytics service provided by Microsoft (acting as our data processor), for heatmaps and session recordings. Its cookies are set only after you consent, and you can withdraw consent at any time. We do not use third-party advertising cookies.
5. How to Manage or Delete Cookies
  • You can control and configure cookie preferences through your browser settings. You may delete existing cookies or block cookies in the future. However, blocking cookies may affect your experience on the site and restrict access to some features.
